Road sign reads 5TH AVENUE. We then see a SHADOWED man standing on the sidewalk. He is smoking a CIGARETTE whilst leaning against the sign. RAIN pours down on the man. Street lights illuminate the street.
jack
Jacks walks up the stairs.knocks on door. no response knocks again then enters.
Marilyn? You in here?
Marilyn
I'm sorry Jack. I never thought it would come to this.
Jack
Come to what?
MARILYN
Is time Jack. he wont allow you to keep sniffing around like this.
jack
But I'm so close I know I can get him, if I get just a little more time.
marilyn
He knows though Jack! I knew it would come to this eventually
jack

MARILYN
Villain.
VILLAIN is shown blacked out standing in far corner of room. Cigar in mouth
MARILYN
He wants you dead, he wont let you leave you know.
Jack
Turns around and walks over to the fire ledge nad rest his head in one hand. He sighs.
(Angry)
MARILYN
Jack...
Jack
He turns around and shouts at Marilyn
Why are you saying this?! how do you know about the case?
MARILYN
She walks over to jack and whispers in his ear
